Ticketing is a solved problem technically and an unsolved one commercially. The incumbents charge organizers before a single ticket sells — a platform fee, a monthly seat, a setup cost — which quietly prices out exactly the people putting on the most interesting nights.

Ventix removes that. No upfront cost, no monthly fee: an organizer can put an event on sale without paying to find out whether it works.

This came out of two years of sponsor work in nightlife rather than out of a market analysis. I saw the problem from the organizer’s side of the table first, which is the only reason I trust the premise.
