System
The mark is not a drawing, it is five measurements. A and V are one chevron at two rotations, the D is a stem and a half-round bowl, and every edge in all three is a multiple of the same stroke. Move the numbers and it rebuilds. Leave them alone and it is the mark on every other page of this site — the same geometry, checked against it.

The grid is the mark's own module, re-ruled as the stroke moves. The boxes are the three cells each glyph occupies; the crosshairs are where each chevron's inner edges meet, which on the real mark falls at 26.4 and was drawn at 26; the circles are the bowl and its counter, one stroke apart. Slant shears the letters against an upright frame, because that is the only way a shear reads as one.
Take whatever you make: the SVG has no dependency on this site, and the link in your address bar carries the construction rather than a picture of it.
